Lyme has two locations you can land at, the Trade Post and the Alien Square. You can land in the Trade Post if you have been engaging in combat. Otherwise, land in the Alien Square.

At the Trading Post, you can head to the right to the Trader to talk about bounties on pirates. Near Lyme, there is an orange zone where you can fight the pirates, though they require considerable firepower to defeat and investments in ship equipment.
You can get $300 for defeating regular pirates and $1000 for defeating the Pirate King (bounty is to the right of the Trader).
If you land at the Alien Square, head left when you arrive past the Customs Workers. They will take your Suicide Pill until you leave, but it’s nothing to worry about. Keep going through.
When you first enter Lyme, it is a large place. Head inside the first door with “King K” above it.
Inside the bar, there will be a short scene. After it’s done, talk to the Bartender about the Spacegate. You will learn that you can buy black market tickets to the Spacegate in the Harbour, and that a man named Rog knows how to earn enough money to get one.
Head to the right to find a man in an orange jumpsuit who is smoking. That is Rog. Talk to Rog about Spacegate and meeting his boss to get a ticket. Rog will agree to help, but will ask you to perform three tasks for him. If you agree, you will get the first task.
Delivery Man
The first task is to take the package on the table near Rog to a green person hanging around the lobby of Tower 65. You will automatically put the Package into your inventory. You can unwrap the package if you like to find that it contains a Bag of Powder. You can also rewrap the package by putting the Wrapper over the Bag in your inventory.
Leave the bar and head west to find Tower 65 (it will have 65 over the word “Tower”). Head inside and you will see a green man flipping a coin to your immediate right.
Drag the Package from your inventory to the green man and return to Rog.
Alternatively, you can switch the package’s contents and keep the Bag of Powder for yourself. East of the green man are some Boxes. Inspect them to find that there is sugar inside. Inspect them again to put the Bag of Sugar in your inventory.
Unwrap the package and use the wrapper on the Sugar, then hand the package to the green man. Return to Rog when you are done. Switching the package allows you to sell the powder later for a special Ending Card.
Helping Rog deliver the package can give you 1 of 2 Ending Cards.
If you successfully deliver the package, you will get the “Package Delivered!” Ending Card.
If you switched the package’s content out and then delivered the modified package, you will get the “Package Modified!” Ending Card.
Talk to Rog for the 2nd task when you are ready.
The Informant
You will need to find an undercover cop who is leaking information. Accept the task and Rog will give you 3 leads.
The first is Dank, selling papers and soda near the statue of Mr. Bosman.
The second is Lieena Fleeman who is also connected to the third lead, Corban. Dank knows where Lieena is, but Corban’s location is not known. Corban has a ponytail and a brown leather jacket.
Rog will give you a code “Reindeers like to eat bananas” which the contacts will know.
Dank is the Store Clerk to the left of the statue in Alien Square. Use the code in conversation and Dank will open up more items for sale. You can buy a Listening Device from Dank for $80, which will be useful later for this mission.
You can also buy a fake Blue Hearts Necklace for $35 which can also be useful if you want to earn more money (it will be the Fake Necklace in your inventory).
Ask Dank where Lieena and Corban are. Dank mentions Corban may be in the Alleyway west of Tower 65, while Lieena will be in Car #1 of the Golden Rail train.
Head up the stairs to the left of Dank and enter the Golden Rail train when it arrives. Make sure to move your mouse towards the train car with the #1 on it, or you will have to leave and try again.
You will meet Lieena Fleeman at the right of the car. Give her the code and then ask where Corban is. Lieena will give you the same information as Dank, but this time Corban will appear after it is given.
Leave the train and head towards the alleyway (it should say “Enter Alleyway”) but don’t enter. Corban will be between the alleyway entrance and Tower 65.
Tell Corban that you have something you want to tell him, and then mention a shipment of stolen goods at the north bay in an hour. Corban will dive into the alleyway; enter and he will leave.
Report back to Rog at the bar and he will suggest listening in. Get $80 if you don’t already have it, then buy the Listening Device from Dank if you haven’t already done so.
Head into the alleyway and then select the Listening Device from your inventory. Choose to put it down in the alleyway and then talk to Corban who is back in his original position. Tell him there’s another shipment of stolen goods and he will go into the alleyway.
Head into the alleyway and pick up the device when Corban leaves. You will get a Transcript. Talk to Rog again to report the task is complete.
Alternatively, you can talk to Corban and let him know that you are going to inform Rog to give him time to flee.
You will get 1 of 2 Ending Cards depending on your choices.
If you told Rog that Corban was the informant, you will get the “Exposed The Informant!” Ending Card.
If you told Corban that you knew he was the informant before you reported him to Rog, you will get the “Helped The Informant!” Ending Card.
Report to Rog for the third task when you are ready.
Steal The Machine
Rog needs you to steal a machine from a guest staying at Tower 65. You will get the Spy Device to help you with your mission.
Head to Tower 65 and you will see the target (Mr. Gondolis). The Hotel Porter will need a bellboy, and you can inspect the newly created help ad to confirm the job opening. Talk to the Hotel Porter about being a bellboy to continue.
Once you have gotten the job and dressed up, speak to Mr. Gondolis to move the luggage. After Mr. Gondolis takes out the device, you can press him to tell you what it is to get a $20 tip for your troubles.
Head to the Elevator Doors on the left and check your inventory. You should see 2 elevator keycards, one with a “3” and another with a “4”. Use the “4” keycard on the Elevator Panel and exit when the elevator reaches the floor.
You will meet a cleaner named Rattle Ray who offers an array of “medical” supplies, including medicine to put people to sleep. After the scene that plays, ask him for “pharmaceutical products” and “sleeping pills”.
You will learn that there are no spares, and everything he has is in the Cleaning Supply Cabinet behind him. To get the key, you would need to be a cleaner.
Head back into the elevator and interact with the elevator panel without a keycard to return to the lobby. Talk to the Hotel Porter about becoming a cleaner and the Porter will mention that you can’t take the job until the current one is fired.
Head into the elevator and use the “3” keycard to go back to the 3rd floor. Head to Room 31 next door and inspect the bed. This will reveal the Strange Connector. Drag the Spy Device onto the Strange Connector to start operating it. Click the Spy Device and use the left icon with the wrench to operate it (the icon on the right just packs it up).
Choose to spy into the room on the right to find an old woman and a jewelry box. Keep watching the woman until she sits in the chair and falls asleep (as shown in the image).
Don’t forget to spy into the left room to see the number above Mr. Gondolis’ room.
Head into her room and interact with the jewelry box, taking the Blue Hearts Necklace. You will leave the room after she wakes up (this is normal).
Head back to the cleaner (enter the elevator and use the “4” keycard on the Elevator Panel) and put the Blue Hearts Necklace into the Cleaning Cart left of Rattle Ray. Interact with the Emergency Exit door to the left of the cleaning cart to get Rattle Ray in trouble.
If you bought the Fake Necklace from Dank earlier, you can use that instead to keep the real Blue Hearts Necklace for later.
Back in the lobby after the scene, talk to the Hotel Porter to take the now-vacant cleaning job. You will get the Cleaning Supplies Key which allows you to go back to the 4th floor where Ray was and open the cabinet. Grab the Dreamers and the Cleaning Soda from the shelf.
Return to the lobby and talk to the Hotel Porter to switch to the Kitchen Helper job. Enter the Kitchen to the right when you are dressed.
When you enter the kitchen, you will be told to work on cutting the onions first. Follow the instructions by heading to the right and interacting with the Bowl of Onions.
Keep interacting with the onions until the chef tells you to work on the potatoes. Head slightly left to the Bowl of Potatoes and keep interacting with them.
When the chef moves you to Chocolate Fondue left of the potatoes, add the Dreamers from your inventory to the Fondue. Alternatively, add Cleaning Soda for a more definitive solution. Leave the Kitchen to continue.
Talk to the Hotel Porter to change your job back to the bellboy. Head back to the 3rd floor and enter Room 31. Use the Intercom System to order food for Mr. Gondolis, with the room code 550. Ask for the steak meal and ask for it to be dipped in chocolate for the next response.
You can now head into Room 32 and grab the Device. Alternatively, you can inspect Mr. Gondolis to grab a Gondolis Key from him. You can then use the Key on the Bags to get a Device Chassis which you can give to Rog in the place of the Device.
To get one Ending Card, put Mr. Gondolis to sleep AND only take the Device Chassis..
Head back to the lobby, quit your job with the Hotel Porter and leave Tower 65, going back to Rog and giving him either the Device or the Device Chassis to finish the task. Note that keeping the Device for yourself will give you a Dromium Container when dismantled.
You will get 1 of 3 Ending Cards depending on your actions.
If you give Rog the proper Device, you will get the “Thief!” Ending Card.
If you give Rog the Device Chassis but take the Device for yourself, you will get the “Thief And Deceiver!” Ending Card.
If you give Rog the Device Chassis, put Mr. Gondolis to sleep AND didn’t take the Device from the room, you will get the “Righteous Man!” Ending Card.
Mr. Bosman
Regardless of how you finish the mission, you will get the Elevator Key to a penthouse in Tower 65 from Rog.
Before meeting Mr. Bosman, if you have the Listening Device, Bag of Powder and the real Blue Hearts Necklace, you can talk to a man sitting near the Pod Reservation Station outside Tower 65. You can sell this man those three objects to get Ending Cards.
You can sell the Bag of Powder for $200 and get the “Selling Some Powder” Ending Card.
You can sell the Blue Hearts Necklace for $300 and get the “Sold A Necklace” Ending Card.
You can sell the Listening Device for $40 and get the “Sold The Listening Device” Ending Card.
Head back to Tower 65 and go into the elevator. Use the key you got on the elevator panel to take you to the Penthouse floor. Enter the door on the left to continue.
You will meet Mr. Bosman and are told that you must attend the exhibition in Pi and place a package near an Upperspace engine prototype to ruin it. You can’t object during the briefing and will be escorted out by Techley after the explanation.
During the escort, Techley will give you another option. You can find Dr. Yppenheimer who can re-program the bomb.
No matter what happens, you get the “Bomb!” Ending Card when you leave the elevator. You will also get an Exhibition Ticket, an Upperspace Disruptor Bomb and a Disruptor Trigger.
You can choose to go ahead with the mission, which will take you to Pi. You can also look for Yppenheimer if you want to start an alternative path.
Finding Yppenheimer
If you are going to find Yppenheimer, you must have combat capabilities on your ship, as there will be a mandatory fight blocking your way to Spacegate and you won't be able to get through.
Return to the penthouse floor but don’t revisit Mr. Bosman. Use the Panel left of the elevator and then inspect it to find a circuit board.
Select the bomb in your inventory and dismantle it. You will get a Power Cell as you dismantle it. Drag the Power Cell into the Battery Socket in the circuit board.
This will short out the lights in Mr. Bosman’s room, allowing you to sneak in. Head to where Mr. Bosman is and move your mouse to his left (press the Space Bar to find objects to interact with). You will find an object that will appear as a ???? first, but interact with it once to learn it is a Small Note that you can take.
Leave the room and view the Small Note in your inventory to learn the safe combination.
Go back into Mr. Bosman’s room and head all the way left. You can interact with the Safe Wheel and the Safe Lever. The Safe Wheel’s combination is Right-Right-Left-Right, and you can twist the knob based on the direction indicated when you hover over the wheel.
When the combination is correct, pull the lever above the wheel. If you get it wrong, pull the lever to reset and try again.
When successful, you will grab the contents of the safe. Leave the room immediately. One of the items you grabbed will be an Address Book.
Return to the lobby and you will get the “Stole From Bosman” Ending Card.
Talk to Techley in the lobby and mention you have Yppenheimer’s address. Techley will meet you there. To reach the address, head to a Pod Reservation Station and select “Yppenheimer” from the board.
Approach Techley outside the house and watch the scenes. You will be told to head to Spacegate and put the recalibrated bomb in the luggage.
Upon leaving Yppenheimer’s house, you will get the “Recalibration” Ending Card.
Head to Spacegate. As you recalibrated the bomb, you can’t go back to Pi to carry out the mission. You will have to fight your way to Spacegate instead.
Assassinating Yppenheimer
When you approach Lyme, you will be contacted by a transmission. This is where you will get the information about Yppenheimer. Choose to land in Alien Square.
Head to the King K bar which is the first door on the left after you enter Alien Square from Customs. Once inside, head into the door left of the bartender to get into the bathroom.
You need to look at the pictures on the wall to find the number 87. Search the picture left of the door to find the picture you need. There’s an option to flip it over and take a key.
Look at the key in your inventory to find the display that reads “W4-5”. Your next clue on your infopad tells you to go to the Golden Rail.
Head to the Golden Rail and enter Train #4. Look for the 5th compartment (examine to confirm the right code if needed) and use the key to open it. You will get an Elevator Key for the Rooftop Floor at Tower 65.
Leave the train and head to the elevator in Tower 65. Use the Elevator Key on the elevator panel to head to the rooftop. Head left and look for the Balcony entrance.
You will reach a ledge with a Radio and a Sniper Rifle Box. Interact with the Radio and give the phrase “Syrup is made from syrup”.
Shortly after you get the passcode for the box, interact with the Sniper Rifle Box to begin.
You will be waiting for Yppenheimer to appear outside his house. First hit the power towers (the little towers connected by wires) to lure a repair droid out. Hit the bottom tower first, then the top tower to make the droid vulnerable. As the droid is moving to the top tower, shoot ahead of its path to bring the droid down.
Yppenheimer will then be forced to come out and make the repairs himself, which is when you shoot.
You will get the “Murderer!” Ending Card once it is done, and $500 when you leave the planet.
