Ori and the blind forest, is a game developed by Moon Games for the Xbox One console and PC. It is a game of platforms, exploration, quite action and a graphic section that in particular reminds me a little of the animations of the Ghibli studio. Apart from the action and its visual beauty, Ori has a great story that is sure to exceed your expectations.
We will have 3 important characters: Ori, Naru (a creature from the forest) and a giant bird. To get you into context with the game, the story begins with a big storm that makes Ori separate from a large tree that looks like mystical and full of magic. After this separation, Ori is found by a creature called Naru and an interesting link is formed between them. The tree, after wanting to recover Ori, will begin to make a call and at this point certain things will happen that you will see during the game, these things will change the environment and affect the bird, a bird that will attack you all the way since after all these events, Ori discovers what his mission is and your mission opposes it.
The world is quite large, different areas interconnected with each other, full of many secrets, which you can find as you progress and get certain skills for Ori. This is an advantage, as it will give you more hours of fun. The next photo is the map in general view, but when you approach, you will begin to see the immensity of it.
Ori can learn different skills, some are linked to history, that is, as you go, you will learn skills to overcome obstacles and also to reach or uncover secrets. The other skills are achieved by collecting the orbs you get, whether it’s finding secrets along the way or eliminating enemies. These skills are also very necessary to move forward.
Enemies are quite intuitive when you enter their attack range. They will chase you until you die or they are eliminated first. In ori, reflexes are very important to move forward so the action is intense and accurate at the same time. Open those eyes well and prepare those fingers, which at any time you must activate those reflexes.
One point in Ori's favor is that, you can save the game anywhere. I don’t know if it really leaves it as a point in favor, since in Ori you have a death counter and with this you can imagine that you are going to die quite times haha. So, remember to save the game at all times and before dangerous situations. Do not trust if you go well and decide to save later, at any moment something happens and it is time to repeat everything and grab everything again from the point where you kept.
Ori is a game of approximately 10 hours to do it 100% or that was my case. A story that you will love in every way and that already has a continuation that must come out this year 2019. If you want to live an adventure full of adrenaline and ful action, spectacular scenarios and full of feelings, Ori and the blid forest is for you.
