When you arrive at Creon Crystal, there is only one location: the Fuel Cell Location.
After landing, Shuttle will tell you that the Fuel Cell is stuck in an ice formation. You can inspect the Giant Ice Formation where the Fuel Cell is located to confirm that it is stuck in there.

You can pick up a Stone to the left of the Ice Formation, as well as Twigs from the different Shrubs around Creon Crystal.
You can use the Stone to break the Giant Ice Formation, but that will take 3 weeks. Fortunately, it will really only take 14 days (2 weeks).
To the right of the Giant Ice Formation is a Small Ice Crystal Formation. Use the Stone you picked up on the Small Formation to break off a piece of it. The piece will land to the left of the Small Formation, and you can pick it up to add the Ice Crystal to your inventory.
Put a set of Twigs on the Giant Ice Formation, then use the Ice Crystal to light a fire.
You will get a notice letting you know that the ice will take 1 week to melt and constant maintenance. Fortunately, it only takes 6 days.
If you have an Ice Melting Laser installed, you will get an Ice Melting Laser Trigger in your inventory. You can put that on the Giant Ice Formation and melt the ice in a few hours. Note that this option is only available if you chose to bring Glacies with you in the Desert Planet AND went to Bulkidus.
You can get 1 of 3 Ending Cards depending on your choices.
If you chose to hack away at the Giant Ice Formation with the Stone, you will get the “Hard Work” Ending Card.
If you chose to light a fire with Twigs and an Ice Crystal, you will get the “Primitive Melting” Ending Card.
If you chose to melt the Ice Formation with an Ice Melting Laser, you will get the “High-Tech Melting” Ending Card.
If you recruited Umix in VL724, you will get a location of Xerum from him as well as the “Sacred Location” Ending Card as you move towards Epsilon Station.
Unfortunately, as you approach Epsilon Station, you will be confronted by a large ship and will be forcefully boarded. You need to prepare for this boarding by protecting Jeff.
