From rescuing hostages kept in a small desert town in Saudi-Arabia to preventing the bombing of an oil refinery on the Caspian sea shore. There are no less than fourteen official maps to choose from!
Each map is played for a certain amount of time and the team having won the most rounds when the time runs out is declared the winner. A round can be won either by completing the objective set for that team, such as rescueing the hostages, or by simply eliminating all players on the opposite team.
Tactical Operations: Crossfire continues where the popular Tactical Ops: Assault on Terror left off, with many classic weapons returning and remakes of some of the original maps. To play TO:C, you will need Unreal Tournament 2004 installed and patched to the latest version (3369).

C4 scenario – Terrorists plan a bit of industrial espionage, Special Forces dig their heels in for a siege. This industrial themed map brings fast and tight action that should please shottie whores and snipers alike.

Escape scenario – A terrorist group attacks the prison of Asylum to get one of the most important criminals out of there. They blast a hole into the prisons wall to escape from there. Now they need to get outside to the boats but the Special Forces landed in the meantime with a helicopter in the inner courtyard to stop the fleeing. (Public map-version without escape point for VIP!)

Console scenario – Set in a small airport in a desert dust storm, this map brings fast action, crisp visuals and some great z-axis fighting. A sure fire crowd pleaser.
Hostage scenario – A terrorist group in France have kidnapped hostages and are hiding out in an abandoned mine. Special forces have arrived on a rescue mission.

C4 scenario – Terrorists are trying to blow up a village on the outskirts of an Arabic City, they are at the village to try and smuggle drugs from town to town, Special Forces got a link back from the Spy telling them to send in the SWAT team. Special Forces want to intercept but they are not sure when the Terrorists are going to blow the place up to get rid of the drug evidence. Special Forces have been sent in to secure the place, try and stop the Terrorists from planting the bomb and arrest the Terrorists, if not kill them.

Hostage scenario – A group of right-winged extremists has invaded the small town of Bushido during the visit of the Japanese Prime Minister. They have taken the Prime Minister hostage and hope to achieve the release of some of their imprisoned members through this act of violence.
