3 dimensional Chess game for X11R6. There are three boards, stacked vertically; 96 pieces of which most are the traditional chess pieces with just a couple of additions; 26 possible directions in which to move. The AI isn't wonderful, but provides a challenging enough game to all but the most highly skilled players.
3D Chess is an odd, yet interesting game. You have three boards upon which to play, a few new pieces, and no manual to tell me how the new pieces work!!! But this game looks quite cool though, a bit like chess in Star Trek. All it needs is a manual or a link to a website containing documentation. Also, there is no AI to handle this game, so you must have another person to play with. I also like the board names which are x, y, and z.

The idea is that Trump is playing a different, more complicated game of chess, using multiple levels to outmaneuver his opponents who are stuck playing normally. His movements seem strange or downright awful when viewed with a normal chess game, however in a 3D chess game his movements might make more sense.
ReplyDeleteThe "chess game" is just an analogy of the presidential campaign.
